Ivan Čulo Appointed CEOInfo 
At the Croatian Post Supervisory Board meeting held on 19 January 2017, Ivan Čulo was appointed CEO and the former Management Board Member Josip Udiljak was removed. Ivan Čulo, the newly appointed CEO of HP- Hrvatska pošta d.d., was born in 1972. Before this appointment he was Executive Director on the Management Board where he formally managed the Postal Division. He has been employed by Croatian Post since 1997 and had an opportunity to learn about all processes and activities of Croatian Post – from a postal operator to his present function.
 
He has been directly involved in the strategic part of our business as part of senior management for over 8 years. Although his responsibilities always related to our core business, he has been actively involved in other important strategic projects. He obtained his formal higher education while working at Croatian Post after enrolling in 1997 in the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb. Having become a Master of Transport and Traffic Engineering in 2004, he proceeded to undergo training and was awarded a Master of Economics degree after completing a specialized postgraduate program at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka in 2010. In addition to numerous training courses he attended over the past ten years, he completed a CROMA EduCare corporate governance program.  

A resolution was passed at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of HP – Hrvatska pošta d.d. held on 20 July 2017 to appoint Mr. Ivan Čulo CEO for a term of four years.
