Project main objective is to upgrade the specific connection between Ministry of Justice and Public Administration IT systems and the Croatian post ePost system, using eDelivery solution for electronic exchange of documents (such as court legal files) in compliance with eDelivery specification standards and eIDAS Regulation.

In particular, the court legal files sent by the Ministry of Justiceand Public Administration via the electronic registered delivery service/platform ePost, will be placed in digital mailboxes (eboxes) in order to reach the registered users electronically.

The project is kind of complete digital upgrade of existing hybrid mail project, which has been successfully used for over a one year by effective cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and the Croatian Post.

Croatian Post participates as a coordinator in this project, while our partners in the project are the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and the IT company Sedam IT.

Purpose of the project: Upgrading the existing solution by creating an access point at the Ministry of Justice in order to connect it to the access point at the Croatian Post. The implementation of this action will result in cost savings through lower need of logistic transport of paper documents and higher efficiency of national courts performance in electronic delivery of legal documents to end recipient such as businesses and citizens.

The project contains:

1. development and implementation of access points on the part of the Ministry of Justice integration of connection points with the document management system

2. transfer of the document exchange process between the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and ePost from the existing integration to the eDelivery process.
