Ivan Čulo Was Appointed CEO

Mr. Ivan Čulo was appointed CEO at the session held by the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Post on January 19th, 2017. Mr. Josip Udiljak, a member of the Board of Directors, was discharged from his position.

Mr. Ivan Čulo was appointed CEO at the session held by the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Post on January 19th, 2017. Mr. Josip Udiljak, a member of the Board of Directors, was discharged from his position. Mr. Ivan Čulo, the newly appointed chief executive officer of the company HP- Hrvatska pošta d.d. (Croatian Post), was born in 1972. His previous title was the Executive Director of the Board of Directors where he formally managed the Post Division. He has been with Croatian Post since 1997 and has worked during the past 20 years on all the processes and tasks undertaken by Croatian Post – from the Postal Service Operator to the present position.

Mr. Ivan Čulo has been directly participating in the strategic part of the company operations as a member of the higher management team for more than 8 years. Even though his responsibility has always been associated with the fundamental business operations, he has been actively involved in other important strategic projects of the company as well. He completed his formal higher education while working at Croatian Post. He enrolled at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. In 2014 he received his BSc Traffic Engineer title and continued his education until 2010 when he attained the title of a University Economy Specialist following a completion of his postgraduate study at the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Economics. Among the many career development courses he simultaneously attended during the past ten years, one that deserves special emphasis is the CROMA EduCare program in the area of corporate management that Mr. Čulo has successfully completed.
