Croatian Post Awarded Bronze Medal for the “Europa - Bridges” Stamp
PostEurop’s Most Beautiful Stamp Competition
More delightful news in the wake of the Croatian Post Day. The Croatian Post was named the third-place winner and awarded the bronze medal in this year’s Most Beautiful EUROPA Stamp competition, with 57 entries submitted on the theme “Bridges”. The award was accepted by Ivan Čulo, the Chief Executive Officer of the Croatian Post.
The results were announced on 3 October at the PostEurop Plenary Assembly in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. According to PostEurop, a record number of 23 thousand people voted in this year’s competition.
Croatian Post entered its commemorative postage stamp featuring the Franjo Tuđman Bridge in Dubrovnik. The stamp was designed by Dean Roksandić from Zagreb with photos by Mario Romulić and Dražen Stojčić.
