“Promo4Youth”, a special competition for philatelic literature for children, was held at the international philatelic literature exhibition which took place in late 2012 in Mainz, Germany. The purpose of the competition was to promote philately amongst children and to show they ways in which postal operators promotes Among the 12 participating postal operators, Croatian Post won second place and the silver medal for: commemorative children’s album “House pets – Cats”, accompanying brochure and poster; Marko Markica “My First Stamps” instruction book; Marko Markica philatelic computer games on an interactive CD.
