April 2013. - Croatian Post was successful in achieving high quality in international EMS (Express Mail Service) last year, and will be awarded a bronze diploma for its EMS quality achievement by the EMS Cooperative of the Universal Postal Union at its general meeting to take place in Bern, Switzerland, on 15 and 16 April 2013.
 
Like any other company present in the market, in order to survive and offer to its customers the best service possible, Croatian Post must respect all regulations and technological instructions to be able to achieve the required service quality. The criteria for diploma awards are rigorously set, some of them being delivery of EMS items within required time limits and the functioning of the Customer Centre (inquiries and claims).
