A trustworthy person

For the purpose of legal business, every employer who employs more than 50 workers is obliged to establish a system of internal reporting of irregularities, i.e. a system of revealing irregularities to the employer, which includes a report to a confidential person appointed by the employer. The confidential person is obliged to act legally and conscientiously and to protect the identity of the whistleblower. In the internal gazette of the Croatian Post "HP Glasnik", the Rulebook on the procedure for internal reporting of irregularities and the appointment of a confidential person and the Decision on the appointment of a confidential person and deputy of a confidential person were published.
