Certificate Employer Partner awarded

For the fifth consecutive year, the Croatian Post holds the Certificate Employer Partner (CEP) awarded by SELECTIO for excellence in human resource management. This year's Certificate has been awarded based on participation in the Excellence During Challenges project, which offers organizations the opportunity to assess their human resource management practices in unpredictable circumstances. It is great honor for the Croatian Post, being one of the biggest employers in Croatia, to be able to provide its employees with excellent working atmosphere, latest technologies and to be on the leading edge of market changes. By implementing the Pošta2022 strategy, we placed our focus on employees, continually applying best practices and know-how in human resource management, which this Certificate attests to.
