Croatian Post set up 100 parcel lockers throughout Croatia on selected locations. By implementing the Post2020 Strategy focus has been shifted on customer centricity and the fulfillment of his wishes and expectations. With the new delivery channel, users choose when, where and how they want to pick up or send their packages. By the end of the year, another 50 parcel lockers will be installed, which will conclude the first phase of the expansion of the new delivery channel. With the project of installing parcel machines, Croatian post strengthened and modernized its business, but - most importantly - it provided users with a channel that gives them an experience tailored to their wishes and needs.
