Among other things, the decision to appoint a new member to the Management Board of Croatian Post Inc. was made at the 24th meeting of the Supervisory Board held via phone on 25 February 2019. In addition to CEO Ivan Čulo and present members Mato Mišetić and Hrvoje Parlov, the former Executive Director of the Postal Division Josip Udiljak has become the newest member. Josip Udiljak has been part of the management body of Croatian Post since 2010. He was initially Director of the company's largest division, the Postal Division, and had been the sole Board member from April 2016 to January 2017 until a Board in full composition was appointed, after which he was reappointed as Executive Director of the Postal Division before moving to the Management Board.
