Awards Presented to Croatian Post for Local Quality Surveys

Universal Postal Union
The Universal Postal Union (UPU) rewarded the best projects using Quality of Service Fund’s resources for the 2007 to 2017 period. The winning projects included Croatian Post’s “Implementation of Independent Quality Surveys for Local Operations” project launched in 2009. In addition to independent quality surveying, the project also included an initial study of actual mail.
