May 2011 – for the second time Croatian Post qualified for the finals at this competition with the nominations in categories Corporate Social Responsibility, with the humanitarian project of the Foundation Your Post, whose  goal is helping children without adequate parental care, as well as in the category Managing Human Resources for its project of improving organisational climate  by fostering motivation, education and employee development and encouraging diversity and creating a  culture of relationships with respect to users, quality and advancement. Second place is the recognition of competence and experience of employees, of projects organised to the present date and of the improvements achieved in Croatian Post business.
