This year, Croatian Post will be the first on the domestic market to offer the service of an automated storage system. The system based on the use of robots to fulfill orders will thus become part of the growing number of logistics services offered by the Croatian post to its partners and business users. By introducing automation in warehouse operations, Croatian post continues to set new standards after it was also the first on the market to introduce parcel lockers to users in 2021.

In the last six years, Croatian Post has invested 200 million euros in workers and modern infrastructure, as well as digital transformation in order to improve the user experience.
