May 2010 – Postal Oscar is the second name for this prize, awarded to international postal operators for various business achievements. Croatian Post was for the first time nominated in the category Restructuring. By this award the profession has recognised the work of postal operators who have considerably changed their working processes with the purpose of achieving better business results and better focusing on users. This, however, implies also the rationalisation of business processes, optimisation of resources and the introduction of new services and modernisation of old ones.
