At the competition World Mail Awards Croatian Post won first prize  with its project  of accommodation of company culture in the category  People Management, beating thus in the category the British company Hermes and the Swiss Post.
The proclamation of winners took place on 9 June 2015 in Bruxelles.
The Project of Accommodation of Company's Culture in Croatian Post has been conducted with the goal of changing employees’ awareness and achieving better accommodation to market changes.  The project uses various tools in internal communication with the  focus on continual and timely informing of employees about the work being done and the work ahead of us and has also opened a two-way communication.

The award was accepted by the project manager Davor Jakovac, Head of Internal Communications and Corporate Culture.
