COGnitive Logistics Operations through secure, dynamic and ad-hoc collaborative networks (2018. - 2021.)

The cooperation of 16 partners from 8 countries through the implementation of the COG-LO project will create the framework and necessary tools for future innovative processes in logistics operations. The aim of the project is to develop and introduce a CLO (Cognitive Logistic Object) system that will use sophisticated tools in a secure environment to exchange information in ad-hoc situations. The project will develop the necessary analytical-cognitive tools that will have the ability to detect complex events and the possibility of multi-criteria decision making. The results of the CLO platform will be evaluated and tested in pilot countries, including the Republic of Croatia with the project partner Croatian Post.

The project encompasses complementary approaches that include a scientific cognitive-behavioral approach, technological infrastructure and social communications, and desirable business models in logistics.

Project type: Consortium consisting of 14 partners from 8 countries, namely: ICT companies, technology and IT service providers, universities and institutes dealing with the optimization and analysis of large databases and 7 national post offices.
